About Us

In 1951, Chester and Evelyn Eddins opened a shoe repair shop at the corner of Main and North Davis in Sulphur Springs, TX., Eddins Shoe Repair.  As western wear became popular, they steadily added merchandise to their business and by 1966 moved to a larger location at 208 Main Street and from there to an even larger location in 1967 on the south side of the square.  The business was Eddins Western Wear.

In 1972, Chester Eddins and son, Mickey opened a new 4000 sq ft store out on the interstate highway, Circle E Western Store.  This proved to be a good move and business was good in the downtown store and also on the highway.  In 1990, Chester’s son Frankie moved the downtown store to the Spring Village Shopping Center.  This store later closed.

In October of 2009, Mickey, Linda and their sons, Paul, David and John built a new 15000 sq ft store just one block east of the existing store.  This store carries all major brands of western and work wear and also boots, stocking over 4,000 pairs of boots for men, ladies and children.

Store manager Rebecca Carroll, along with a great staff, is there to make sure your shopping experience is everything you are looking for.
